Role OverviewMercor is seeking a Corporate Development Specialist to work on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) exercises. The role involves building valuation and merger models, drafting transaction terms, and producing process and board materials. The successful candidate will work independently and asynchronously to deliver high-quality M&A exercises.

To be a fit for this role, you should have 4+ years of experience in an in-house corporate development or M&A role, with hands-on ownership of live transactions end to end. A background in investment banking or private equity, or Big 4 transaction advisory or financial due diligence, is also preferred.
