Role OverviewThe Corporate and Foundation Program Coordinator will provide key program support to the Corporate and Foundation Development team. This role will primarily focus on identifying new grant opportunities, monitoring compliance with existing grants, and preparing detailed, confidential financial reports to demonstrate compliance.
What You Will Do
Oversees the grant reporting process, manages a portfolio of non-major gift donors, coordinates prospecting and ongoing monitoring of corporations and foundations, and prepares correspondence and reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of one to three years of administrative support experience
- Demonstrated expertise in development support functions, including word processing, database management, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices
- Attention to detail and the ability to exercise good judgment in making decisions
- Must be proficient in English, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and basic math and statistics
- Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
