This leadership role will serve as a key partner to executive leadership and facility administrators, providing direction, support, and oversight to each facility's HR department.

Key responsibilities include overseeing HR departments, providing leadership and support to facility HR managers and staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations, and standardizing HR policies and procedures across all facilities.
