Role OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Corporate Immigration Specialist to oversee and manage employment-based immigration programs that support a diverse and growing workforce. This highly visible role serves as the organization's internal subject matter expert on U.S. immigration matters, partnering closely with employees, leadership, outside legal counsel, and government agencies to ensure compliance while delivering an exceptional employee experience.
What You Will Do
Serve as the organization's primary resource for employment-based immigration matters, providing guidance to employees, managers, and business leaders on visa sponsorship, work authorization, and permanent residency processes. Manage the complete lifecycle of employment-based immigration cases, including nonimmigrant visa petitions, renewals, amendments, extensions, work authorization applications, and employment-based green card sponsorships.

Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience handling employment-based immigration matters
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration laws
- Experience working directly with immigration attorneys, government agencies, and cross-functional corporate teams
