Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate Insurance Associate Attorney to join a leading international law firm's Corporate practice group. The role is ideal for an attorney with experience advising clients on corporate insurance matters, including placements and claims management related to complex business transactions and corporate governance issues.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in corporate insurance, corporate transactions, or related litigation matters
  • Experience advising on D&O insurance, representations & warranties insurance, cyber liability, or similar corporate insurance lines
  • JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of the office location
