Role OverviewAs a Corporate Law Expert, you will construct corporate law scenarios for M&A transactions, multi-party deal negotiations, and regulatory reviews. You will build tasks across M&A, deal structuring, securities, capital markets, corporate governance, and restructuring. You will apply corporate law methodologies to jurisdictional tracks and author rubrics that distinguish authentic corporate law judgment from generic recall.

Why It Might Be a Fit
To be a fit for this role, you must have 5+ years as a corporate attorney or general counsel at a major law firm, investment bank, or corporation, with direct ownership of M&A transactions, governance matters, or securities filings. Fluency in corporate law tooling and methodologies is also required. A recognized professional credential (JD with bar admission or international equivalent) is a must-have.
