Job Description
The Corporate Lawyer is responsible for managing the day-to-day legal operations of Transmar Egypt, ensuring legal compliance and drafting contracts.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Law
Up to 3 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, commercial contracts, and legal operations
Strong knowledge of Egyptian laws and regulations
Strong written and verbal communication (both in English and Arabic)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and legal documentation management systems
