Role OverviewThis role supports legal counsel across a range of matters, with a primary focus on contract review and analysis, legal and regulatory change monitoring, litigation support, and corporate governance activities. The Legal Analyst is expected to perform work independently and proactively, exercising sound judgment and discretion, while operating under the overall supervision of legal counsel.
What You Will Do
Review, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts and agreements, identify legal, regulatory, and business risks, prepare contract summaries and issue analyses, and support contract lifecycle management.

Requirements
