Job Description
Corporate Legal Counsel II provides legal guidance and support on a broad range of business matters for SICK's U.S., Canadian, and Mexican entities. This role operates with a high degree of independence and sound judgment in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from ABA Accredited law school and active legal licensure in the United States.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, preferably in manufacturing or technology contexts.
  • Knowledge of legal issues in complex business transactions, particularly those affecting the manufacturing and technology industries.
  • Experience advising on applicable state and federal laws and implementing risk‐mitigation strategies.
