Role OverviewJoin the Litigation Practice Group of a prestigious international law firm in Wilmington, Delaware. Represent clients in complex corporate and commercial litigation matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery and other state and federal courts.
What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis, draft motions and briefs, and participate in court appearances and client meetings. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of corporate litigation experience, outstanding legal writing and analytical skills, and a strong academic background. Candidates with immediately transferable Delaware litigation experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Delaware Bar admission
- 1–3 years of litigation experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery and/or the United States District Court for the District of Delaware
- Superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong professional judgment
