Job Description
Assists in coordination of bank-wide marketing activities in advertising, promotion, sales, research and community involvement, thereby helping drive business growth, brand equity, customer retention and acquisition while ensuring financial regulation compliance.

Requirements

  • Provide administrative support as part of the corporate marketing team.
  • Coordinate and enforce branding guidelines and standards across departments and business lines.
  • Understand company products, brand and department functions.
  • Assist with creating advertising content for various mediums.
  • Maintain knowledge of the commonly used digital graphics software tools and stay abreast of enhancements
  • Research new developments in the graphics field and provide input for MCB’s creative planning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy and planning.
  • Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
  • Organize market research. Assist with monitoring and reporting campaign performance.
  • Analyze questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
