Requirements

  • 1-3 years of substantive and current corporate, intellectual property or other transactional paralegal experience
  • credentialed paralegal in California
  • strong contract drafting experience
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work under tight deadlines
  • ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask across multiple projects
