Role OverviewThe Corporate Paralegal will serve as a key resource for our legal and organizational operations, supporting all administrative functions related to the legal department to elevate the team’s service delivery.
What You Will Do
Prepare corporate filings, corporate resolutions, meeting minutes, and annual reports; manage risk management databases and maintain litigation lists; monitor and fulfill filing requirements for local/state/federal regulatory agencies.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Paralegal certification from an accredited institution highly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department required; experience supporting real estate and/or property management organizations highly preferred
