Job Description
Troon is seeking an experienced paralegal to join their well-established legal team. The role will support day-to-day legal operations and initiatives, draft and review legal documents, and provide high-quality legal and business guidance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience
  • Bachelor's degree (business-related preferred)
  • Paralegal certification is preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong follow-through
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related business productivity tools
