What You Will Do
Responsible for all entry and mid-level salaried recruiting for IPG North America, overseeing and ensuring compliance with requisition and advertising processes, reviewing incoming resumes and applications, setting up assessments, facilitating communication with candidates and internal stakeholders, and onboarding new hires.
