Role OverviewThe Corporate Recruiter leads talent acquisition strategies for Optalis facilities and the corporate office, supporting facility recruiters, managing high-level recruitment, ensuring compliance, and promoting the employer brand.
What You Will Do
Provide training and support to facility recruiters, collaborate with leaders to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria, manage the corporate ATS, lead corporate and high-level recruitment efforts, develop sourcing and branding strategies, and monitor compliance with employment laws.
