Role OverviewWe are looking for a full lifecycle Corporate Recruiter to be a key contributor to our organization's growth in finding exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent into Employee Navigator as well as building a talent pipeline for future hiring.
What You Will Do
Source and recruit top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and other tools for departments across Employee Navigator. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through various channels.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a Recruiting role (Agency or in-house)
- A proven track record of delivering results through high volume sourcing of active and passive candidates
- Experience proactively sourcing and closing candidates
- Ability to collaborate and build meaningful work partnerships with multiple stakeholders
