Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Corporate Recruiter to join our corporate recruiting team in North Metro Atlanta. This role will focus exclusively on recruiting and talent acquisition — not HR responsibilities — supporting hiring efforts across multiple regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3–7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, building materials, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting in a corporate/internal recruiting environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
