Job Description
We are seeking an associate attorney with approximately 5–8 years of experience in corporate restructuring and distressed transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience with in-court and out-of-court restructurings, company-side and buy-side/distressed investor representations, 363 sale processes, and plan sponsorships.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5–8 years of experience in corporate restructuring and distressed transactions
  • Experience with in-court and out-of-court restructurings
  • Experience with company-side and buy-side/distressed investor representations
  • Experience with 363 sale processes and plan sponsorships
  • Experience with liability management transactions
  • Experience with creditor and lender-side advisory work
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Substantial restructuring experience at a peer firm
  • Ability to manage sophisticated, high-pressure transactions in a collaborative environment
