Role OverviewThe Corporate Risk Development Program (CRDP) is a two-year program designed to provide students and recent college graduates with a blend of foundational risk-specific and career development opportunities. The program is built on immersive, hands-on learning, and participants rotate across Corporate Risk functions while receiving structured coaching, performance feedback, and development support.

Responsibilities may include engaging in immersive experience-driven learning, contributing to high-impact risk initiatives, analyzing complex datasets, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance data analysis and identify patterns.

Requirements
- 6+ months of work experience
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027 in the fields of STEM, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, and/or Analytics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to execute with urgency and drive operational excellence
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Ability to act with integrity and support risk assessments and risk-based testing
