Role OverviewThe Corporate Safety Manager will report to the Vice President of Environmental, Health, Safety and Security, providing expert leadership to ensure the company operates in a safe manner. The role involves working collaboratively with biorefinery plant staff and corporate personnel to drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
What You Will Do
The Corporate Safety Manager will implement and improve existing compliance management systems, policies, and procedures, provide expert advice and guidance on changes in local, state, and federal regulations, and drive timely closure of preventative and corrective actions for incidents, injuries, and SIFs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Safety or related fields
- 10+ years’ experience in EHSS department or related field, including 5+ years in a senior leadership position leading Safety program(s)
- Ethanol experience a plus, Strong Safety Background Required
