Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Services Coordinator to fill a temporary position. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of recent office experience and/or accounting and purchasing experience, with knowledge of QNXT and JIVA preferred. This is a full-time temporary position with onboarding completed through a staffing agency.
Requirements
High School Diploma from an accredited school or equivalent
3 years of recent office experience and/or accounting and purchasing experience
Knowledge of QNXT and JIVA
Knowledge of Invoice reconciliation, purchasing record keeping, general office practices
Ability to Communicate effectively with different levels of organization
Good basic math skills
Follow both oral and written instructions
Neat and legible handwriting
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
