Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Services Coordinator to fill a temporary position. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of recent office experience and/or accounting and purchasing experience, with knowledge of QNXT and JIVA preferred. This is a full-time temporary position with onboarding completed through a staffing agency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma from an accredited school or equivalent
  • 3 years of recent office experience and/or accounting and purchasing experience
  • Knowledge of QNXT and JIVA
  • Knowledge of Invoice reconciliation, purchasing record keeping, general office practices
  • Ability to Communicate effectively with different levels of organization
  • Good basic math skills
  • Follow both oral and written instructions
  • Neat and legible handwriting
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
