Job Description
Mid-Level Corporate Tax Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm working on complex transactional tax matters with substantial client exposure and hands-on responsibility.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of tax experience in a law firm or comparable environment
  • Experience with renewable energy tax credits and/or transactional tax matters related to private equity and M&A
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and writing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Immediately transferable transactional tax experience
  • Admission to the Bar in the applicable jurisdiction or eligibility to waive in
