Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager specializing in ASC 740 Tax Provisions to join our client's Corporate Tax Practice. This is a hybrid role based primarily out of Manhattan, NY, with additional approved office locations in Melville, NY and Edison/Iselin, NJ. As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will lead complex client engagements focusing on business income tax planning, corporate compliance, and ASC 740 income tax accounting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Active CPA license (State of NY) OR a JD/active law license
  • 4 to 7+ years of progressive corporate tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience
  • Current Title: Manager level (1–2 years)
  • Hands-on experience with corporate compliance and deep ASC 740 provision experience
