Job Description
The Team Member Experience Advisor is a Human Resources position that supports company-wide HR practices and strategy, focusing on company-wide Team Member engagement and implementing high-impact development initiatives. This role involves championing the company's culture, designing and executing meaningful Team Member engagement events, and collaborating with business and human resources leaders to drive performance management and leverage Team Member feedback data.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
Must demonstrate high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work collaboratively within team and cross-functionally
