Role Overview

The Corporate Trainer (E-Learning) will design, develop, and deliver corporate training to domestic locations for existing and new staff. Training will include HR/Company Policy, Leadership, Diversity, Harassment, Interviewing, and soft skills such as customer service and phone etiquette. The trainer will utilize a Learning Management System (Docebo) to manage, deliver, and track training for the company.

What You Will Do

The primary duties of the Corporate Trainer (E-Learning) will include planning, formulating, designing, and developing E-learning content, planning and facilitating live trainings and workshops, and preparing and issuing reports on trainings and outreach. The trainer will also work in conjunction with other department areas to develop training needs and research and work with third-party vendors or subject matter experts to provide department-specific training.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of recent experience in designing, developing, and delivering training in both corporate and industrial settings
  • Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline, or Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Experience developing and delivering training related to HR/Company Policy, Leadership, Diversity, Harassment, Interviewing, and soft skills such as customer service and phone etiquette
  • Advanced computer skills in programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish at an Advanced level in a business environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels throughout the organization and with exterior organizations, vendors, candidates, etc.
  • Ability to travel domestically and overseas, as position requires
  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive employee relations and partner with senior management to drive HR and Business initiatives
  • Ability to prepare a variety of reports
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, multitask, and possess strong initiative
  • Possess organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and be detail-oriented
