Job Description
This role develops and delivers training programs that support secondary market mortgage due diligence operations, including credit, compliance, TRID, valuation, data integrity, and securitization-related review workflows. Training includes instruction on the Laura Mac system and investor-specific requirements.

Requirements

  • Design and deliver training programs for secondary market due diligence
  • Facilitate new hire training for due diligence underwriters and new associates
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, workflow guides, and reference materials
  • Conduct live virtual and in-person training sessions, refreshers, and calibration workshops
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using quality trends, audit results, and performance data
  • Partner with operations leadership and quality teams to identify skill gaps, provide coaching, and support skills assessments or certification programs
  • Maintain accurate training records and attendance logs and support audit or client requests related to training documentation
  • Ensure training content aligns with investor expectations, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards
