Job Description
This role develops and delivers training programs that support secondary market mortgage due diligence operations, including credit, compliance, TRID, valuation, data integrity, and securitization-related review workflows. Training includes instruction on the Laura Mac system and investor-specific requirements.
Requirements
Design and deliver training programs for secondary market due diligence
Facilitate new hire training for due diligence underwriters and new associates
Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, workflow guides, and reference materials
Conduct live virtual and in-person training sessions, refreshers, and calibration workshops
Evaluate training effectiveness using quality trends, audit results, and performance data
Partner with operations leadership and quality teams to identify skill gaps, provide coaching, and support skills assessments or certification programs
Maintain accurate training records and attendance logs and support audit or client requests related to training documentation
Ensure training content aligns with investor expectations, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards
