Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of experience to join our Transactions Practice Group in Chicago; Dallas; Detroit; Salt Lake City; or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have strong M&A and private equity experience and be comfortable acting as a deal runner with meaningful autonomy and direct client contact.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience
  • Strong M&A and private equity experience
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage deals with limited supervision
  • Direct experience working with partners, senior attorneys, and clients
  • Business development aptitude and client-facing confidence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethic
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly)
