Represent public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions and other complex business transactions.
What You Will Do
Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic corporate transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary transaction documents.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Active Bar membership in good standing
- 3–4 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm
- Significant mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience is required
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
