What You Will Do
Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex corporate transactions, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and conduct legal due diligence.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Bar membership in good standing
- 5–7 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm
- Significant experience handling mergers and acquisitions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
