Role OverviewJoin a highly regarded Am Law 100 firm as a Corporate Transactions Senior Associate Attorney. Represent public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors in mergers, acquisitions, and other complex corporate transactions.
What You Will Do
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, transaction documents, and ancillary agreements. Conduct and manage legal due diligence and coordinate transaction teams through all phases of a deal.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Active Bar membership in good standing
- 5–7 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm
- Significant experience handling mergers and acquisitions is required
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters while working effectively in a collaborative team environment
