This role involves maintaining warranty templates, reviewing repair codes, identifying missed opportunities, and assisting with warranty estimates. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of warranty experience is preferred
  • Experience in the transportation industry is preferred
  • Experience in the service industry is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of personal accountability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of multi-tasking
