Job Description
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is seeking a Correction Lieutenant to supervise correction officers and correction sergeants/counselors. The Correction Lieutenant will instruct and evaluate COs, assign staff to posts, and enforce post orders assignments. The role also involves conducting surveillance security of the institution and property, preventing escapes, and making constant rounds to inspect cells and dining rooms.
