Role OverviewThe Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction has been tasked with front line crime reduction through rehabilitative treatment and programming efforts provided in a safe, secure and humane correctional environment and effective community supervision. What You Will Do
This position works under general supervision and requires working knowledge of correctional social programs and program techniques. The job involves completing risk assessments and case planning, planning and conducting unit programming, assessing programming efforts, interviewing inmates, making referrals, coordinating activities, maintaining records, communicating with stakeholders, and providing direct contact services.
