Role OverviewReporting to the Associate Warden of Programs, this position serves as a Classification and Re-Entry Manager and directs programming for the re-entry of offenders. The role involves administering programs with a broad scope and complexity at a minimum custody correctional facility.
What You Will Do
Directing major programs, assisting with ensuring that Community-Based Programs are ran efficiently, supervising 3 Program Supervisors and subordinate staff, conducting in-house audits, and coordinating programs and custody staff.

The ideal candidate will have documented experience with report writing, knowledge of case management practices, and/or interviewing techniques for intake assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services or Criminal Justice field from an appropriately accredited institution
- two years of experience in correctional programs management or related work
