Role OverviewViaPath is seeking a highly motivated Technical Solutions Consultant (TSC) to join our customer-facing advisory team. The TSC serves as a trusted partner to correctional agencies throughout their technology journey.
What You Will Do
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expertise, guidance, and best practices related to ViaPath products and services. Design, develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, solution reviews, and customer presentations that showcase the value of ViaPath solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience utilizing ViaPath solutions or other corrections technology platforms
- Direct experience working with correctional agencies or within a correctional environment
- Strong understanding of correctional operations, workflows and technology solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical operational and business value
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer engagements with minimal supervision
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
