Role OverviewThis is an entry-level position responsible for stacking sheets from the corrugator, including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. The role involves working on the 1st shift (6am-2pm) and adhering to production schedules. The ideal candidate will be proactive in maintenance and have a strong focus on quality and service goals.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include relaying messages to personnel, assisting the Corrugator crew, turning in maintenance work orders, and making recommendations for optimizing the production schedule. The role also involves learning to back up other operators, counting and verifying unit and inch counts, and ensuring proper load tags are in each unit.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior work experience in the corrugated industry (preferred)
- 6 months' experience in the corrugator (preferred)
- Lift Truck Operator License (may be required)
