Job Description
Are you passionate about driving measurable impact, optimizing processes, and leading meaningful change? We’re looking for a Continuous Operating System (COS) Improvement Engineer to join our team and play a key role in advancing our culture of continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.
 
In this role, you’ll leverage your engineering expertise and Lean Six Sigma toolkit to identify opportunities, reduce process variability, and enhance overall plant performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead improvement initiatives, and turn data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and cost savings.
 
This is more than just a technical role, it’s an opportunity to influence culture. You’ll facilitate Kaizen events, guide teams through root cause problem solving, and help embed sustainable practices that elevate performance across the organization.
 
What you’ll do:
• Identify and lead process improvement projects across multiple plants
• Perform data analysis using tools like Minitab and SAP
• Apply Lean methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and TPM
• Utilize Six Sigma tools including DMAIC, SPC, and DOE
• Prepare capital expenditure justifications and track project savings
• Partner with teams at all levels to execute and sustain improvements
 
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical preferred)
• 2+ years of Lean Six Sigma experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions
Preferred qualifications include Lean Certification and Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
 
This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional travel (up to 20%) and overtime as needed.
