As a Cosmetic Counter Manager, you will be responsible for the complete operations of a cosmetic line, inspiring a team of beauty advisors, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will also be responsible for developing relationships to grow your counter business, executing successful cosmetic events, and meeting individual sales and account goals.

Requirements

  • Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop relationships to grow your counter business
  • Execute all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals
  • Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet counter goals
  • Plan and execute successful cosmetic events and gift with purchase events
  • Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
