Role OverviewThe Cost Accountant will serve as a key member of the Finance team, responsible for ongoing maintenance of standard costs, month end closing activities, reporting, and controls. This position is based in Leeds, AL and reports directly to the Cost Manager.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include monthly closing and reporting process, working with Bill of Materials and Product Routings through SAP system, assisting in monthly variance analysis, verifying compliance with internal controls, and reviewing and updating standard product costs.
