Role OverviewElevate Aircraft Seating is looking for a skilled Cost Accountant to join their team in Huntington Beach, CA. The Cost Accountant will analyze and assess the financial impacts of operations and production, collaborating across the business to forecast and measure performance against the plan. The role will support various functions related to inventory analysis, work in progress, cost of sales, and other recurring reporting requirements.
What You Will Do
Create analysis and reporting related to operations, collect and develop standard costs, post journal entries, and provide monthly reporting and analysis to the management team. Compare and analyze margins, and identify and recommend cost-effective solutions to the management team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a focus in Cost Accounting, and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with an ERP system and advanced Excel skills are also required. The candidate should have strong attention to detail, ability to review for accuracy, and strong financial analysis skills.
