Job Description
Cost Estimator with experience in estimating costs, reconciling Schedule of Rates (SORs), and maintaining cost-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction, accounting, or finance is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of estimating experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data functions).
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical mindset.
  • Good organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
