Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to support construction cost services for clients. This role involves advising clients, managing cost estimates, managing prequalifications, managing project budgets, and overseeing cost control. Strong communication and technical knowledge are essential, alongside experience in large-scale projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a cost management role.
  • RICS accredited or working towards RICS accreditation (highly valued).
  • Experience supporting cost management on medium or large-sized construction projects.
  • Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters.
  • Strong communication skills.
