Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial management, cost control, and estimating services on a global technology client’s expanding data center construction program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of cost management / quantity surveying experience, ideally on large‐scale data centers, mission‐critical, infrastructure, or complex commercial projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • MRICS / PQS accreditation strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, or similar cost management tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement strategy, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with data center construction, including MEP systems and structural works.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
