Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a major data center construction project. This role involves managing cost planning and control throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time and within budget for a large-scale, mission-critical facility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in cost management or project controls.
Experience with large-scale construction projects; data center or mission-critical experience preferred.
Familiarity with MEP systems and sustainable infrastructure is beneficial.
Strong knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, post-contract cost control, and change management.
Understanding of procurement strategies and commercial management of contracts.
RICS accreditation or progress toward it is advantageous.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Proficiency in cost management tools, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based applications.
