Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a large-scale, technically complex construction program in the Midwest. This role will work closely with senior cost managers and project stakeholders to provide high-quality, value-driven cost management services across the project lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Support day-to-day cost management activities, assist with cost planning, estimating, and forecasting, review and assess change orders, and participate in commercial discussions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Engineering, or a related construction discipline
- Approximately 3–7 years of relevant experience in a cost management or quantity surveying role within the construction industry
- Experience supporting cost management on mission-critical or technically complex construction projects
- Working knowledge of procurement routes, cost planning, and value management principles
- Professional working proficiency in Korean and English
