Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a major data center construction project. This role involves managing cost planning and control throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time and within budget for a large-scale, mission-critical facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in cost management or project controls
  • Experience with large-scale construction projects; data center or mission-critical experience preferred
  • Familiarity with MEP systems is beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, post-contract cost control, and change management
  • Understanding of procurement strategies and commercial management of contracts
  • RICS accreditation or progress toward it is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in cost management tools, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based applications
