Job Description
The Cost Manager will prepare and issue monthly cost reports, cash flow reports, and review change orders, invoices, and contractor buyouts. They will also attend weekly cost meetings and provide cost information on value engineering analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • Four years of relevant experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics/D365 experience
  • Primavera or Microsoft Project experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Clear and analytical approach to problem solving and decision making
