Job Description
The Cost Support Specialist will work cross-functionally to ensure accuracy in product costing and drive continuous improvement. This role will develop a strong understanding of the company's business, products, and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
2-to-4-year college degree in accounting/finance/business
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of duties
Ability to learn and use multiple ERP and software tools
Ability to adapt to change
Ability to work with and summarize data
Openness to learn and take on new responsibilities
