Baylor University is seeking a full-time Costume Shop Manager to support the undergraduate BFA and BA students, graduate student directors, and faculty in a collaborative environment. The manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the costume facilities, maintain assets, and foster a welcoming workspace. The position involves partnering with costume faculty to support curricular needs within defined scope.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience
  • Master’s Degree and three years of relevant work experience (preferred)
  • Experience in managing a costume shop
  • Knowledge of costume construction and rental
  • Supervision of student workers
  • Experience in educational and professional theatre
